Pre-registration is closed. Registration is OPEN
The pre-registration has surpassed our expectations. However, we’ve recently received several messages from U13 players and parents, as their coaches have opted to send them to other tournaments. Please verify with your team as well.
As a result, we will move forward with only one U13 team.
Registration is open to everyone. We will review your information. You will receive a response within a week whether you meet the requirements and whether there is still a place available. If not, you will be placed on a waiting list.
Before Applying – Please Read
Position Rotation
All players must be willing to rotate positions if needed:

Defensemen: must be able to play on both sides
-
Forwards: must be able to play both wings or center
-
Players who want to play both defense and forward: may rotate through all 5 positions
Our main focus is learning and development through game experience.
Players will also have the opportunity to experience a high level of competition and perform to the best of their abilities.
We will have NO SPECIAL LINES for power play or penalty kill. However, in specific moments during a game, we may use the strongest available players.
All players should be able to speak basic English.
All participants must have a valid passport and insurance.
We will request all players to show us their travel insurance by April 1, 2026.
(For players, we strongly recommend sports insurance.)
Selection Criteria
Skill level is important, but attitude and character are our top priorities.
If we are not familiar with a player, we may request a recommendation letter from their current or former coach to better understand their on-ice and off-ice qualities.

Team Size Limits

Goalies: 2 maximum

Each goalie is guaranteed at least 3 games or 135 minutes, assuming no injuries or illness

Plus half of any exhibition game (if played) or an additional practice option

Players: 18 skaters per team
Travel
We have received interest from many players who prefer to use their own transportation, whether by car, minivan, or plane. This is reasonable given the varying distances (Düsseldorf - Riga, Berlin - Riga, Munich - Riga, Prague - Riga, etc.) and time availability.

The duration of each game is 3 x 15 minutes (running time).

The last two minutes of the third period will be played with stop time.

The maximum total duration of a single game is 60 minutes (including warm-up), unless the referee decides otherwise.

What is Included in the Price
The tournament begins on April 3. We have added two extra days, which include two additional ice sessions (one of which could be an exhibition game). The price for family members includes additional meals and apparel. Some team expenses will be shared among all participants, including family members.

Deposit

A deposit of €200 for each person must be paid within 5 days after confirming your spot on the team.

50% of the price must be paid by February 18, 2026.

The full amount must be paid by March 15, 2026.

REGISTRATION LINKS
Cancellation Policy
In the case of injury or illness (with appropriate medical documentation), and if your spot is filled by another player from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 50 EUR per person. If a family member is unable to travel due to the player’s injury or illness and their spot is taken by another family member from the waiting list, the same procedure will apply. For all othe cases, the cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation by January 18, 2025: Full refund minus a processing fee of 50 EUR per person.

Cancellation by February 8, 2026: 75% refund of the camp fee.

Cancellation by March 1, 2026: 50% refund of the camp fee.

Cancellation by March 15, 2026: 25% refund of the camp fee.

After March 15, 2026: No refunds.
